Uniforms

Correct attire is a key element of classical and modern dance training. Please note: for health and safety reasons no jewellery is allowed.

Babies/Pre-Primary/Primary Ballet, Primary & Grade 1 Modern, Primary & Grade 1 Tap

Correct uniform for Ballet

Girls: Set I.S.T.D Roch Valley sleeveless regulation leotard in white
Girls: Matching polka dot "Tappers and Pointers" skirt
Girls and Boys: White ballet socks
Girls: Pink satin ballet shoes
Girls: Light pink headband
Girls: Light pink "Roch valley" wrap around cardigan.
Girls hair in a classical bun with Bun net and fringe gripped back. For very short hair a headband must be worn.

Boys: Set regulation short sleeved leotard in white.
Boys: Black cotton fitted shorts. Boys: White ballet socks Boys: Black leather ballet shoes

Correct uniform for Modern/Tap

Girls: Set Arabesque I.S.T.D "Keyhole" leotard in Cerise
Girls: Le Papillon black footless tights for class (students will be expected to purchase trousers for tap exam)
Girls: Lace up Bloch Split sole Jazz shoes/ Bloch lace up Jazz Taps in Black
Girls: Black trainer ankle socks
Girls hair in pony tail with fringe gripped back

Boys: Ask teacher for set uniform

Correct Uniform for Hiphop

All students are expected to attend class in suitable attire with girls' hair tied back. Loose trousers such as jogging bottoms, T-shirt and trainers are ideal. Strictly no jeans/denim are allowed as they restrict movement and make some sections of the class impossible to complete. Also no skirts or scarves to be worn.

'Fusion School of Dance' branded dancewear will be available to buy soon. Students are free to wear these items to class, but it is not compulsory,

2nd Hand Uniforms

Selling a uniform: Please email info@fusionschoolofdance.com with "2nd Hand Uniform" as the subject and the descriptions (including sizes) and prices of the items you would like to sell. We will then publish this as an advert on the website including your email address and any other contact details you would like to supply. Please let us know when you sell an item so we can remove it from the page.
